Refund / Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. SOCO Production accepts returns under the following terms:

New Gear

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return on unopened, unused new items in original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of installation, modification, or wear may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Used Gear

  • Used gear is sold as-is with a 7-day inspection window from delivery.

  • If the item is not as described, contact us within 7 days for a return authorization.

  • Returns must be in the same condition received, with all included accessories.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

How to Request a Return

Email james@socoproduction.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of carrier or product defect.
