Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Product Information

We strive to accurately describe and photograph all items. Used gear is sold as-is; specifications, dimensions, and weights are provided in good faith but should be verified for your application. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen images.

Pricing & Availability

Listed inventory reflects best available count. If an item becomes unavailable after order, we will contact you to offer a substitution, backorder, or full refund.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin). See our Shipping Policy for delivery and freight claim details.

Warranty

New gear carries the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Used gear is sold without warranty unless otherwise stated in the listing. SOCO Production makes no additional warranty, express or implied, beyond what is stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOCO Production's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including lost revenue or production downtime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
