Shipping Policy

SOCO Production ships professional AVL gear nationwide via parcel and LTL freight carriers.

Shipping Methods

  • LTL Freight for LED panels, posters, truss, and any item over 70 lbs or oversized. Live rates calculated at checkout based on your destination.

  • Standard Parcel for smaller items (mics, controllers, accessories).

  • Bundles and multi-unit orders ship freight by default.

Lead Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Custom or bundle orders may require additional handling time; we'll notify you of any delay.

  • Transit times vary by destination: 2–7 business days for parcel, 3–10 business days for LTL freight.

Freight Deliveries

  • All LTL freight orders ship to commercial addresses by default. Residential delivery is available at an added cost — contact us before ordering.

  • A loading dock or forklift is recommended. Liftgate service is available; please request at checkout or via email.

  • An adult must be present at delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Damage at Delivery

Inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading. Photograph damaged packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim.

Address Requirements

Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete. Address changes after dispatch may incur reconsignment fees from the carrier.
